Alternative rock sensation, Rocksteddy has found its way into the local band scene ever since the group first hit burst into the airwaves a few years back. Having successfully braved the scare of sophomore jinx and now ready to release their third album, the group has reached a point in their career where full maturity and carefully done output come together.

The ten-track, latest album entitled “Ayos Lang Ako” promises to be a super treat for Rocksteddy fans as the band mermbers themselves think of this latest product as their best yet.

“This new album would probably come as a big surprise for our listeners kasi ang arrangement mas mabigat at mas makulit pa,” hints bass player Christian Sindico who feels there was more freedom and artistry recording their latest batch of songs.
The group is proud to note that guitar man Lean Ansing of Slapshock was at the helm producing their work this time, ensuring that they come up with a heavier sound without sacrificing the ‘happy rock’ musicality Rocksteddy is associated with.Of course,the lyrical play vocalist Teddy Corpuz is highly reputed for is still very much into the thick of things.
“Ayos Lang Ako” comprises of songs that sure to tickle the bones in some slam-banging way.The carrier single “Boy Kulot” narrates the street-smart story of a curly haired fellow played by rising TV host-musicvideo actor Joaqui Tupas in its laugh-out -loud music video now in circulationin in various music channels.The same actor played the main character in the group’s first video featuring their debut hit “Lagi Mo Na Lang Akong Dinededma.”
“Si Boy Kulot ay isang kulot na nanunulot ng syota na harot,”Teddy remarks wittily when asked to described the personality behind the character.

Other catchly songs are the hilarious “Singsing Bulate”,the back-to-rock-n-roll roots “Iskuln Bukulin” and “Leslie”, a song about lesbian boasting Teddy’s spoken word talent which the group popularized way back from their first album “Tsubtsatagilidsakeyn.”

The album also contains two English songs that depart from the usual Rocksteddy sound and which the boys are happy to have delivered.
Teddy argues,”Lahat ng lessons we learned from the first two albums in-apply namin dito sa new album.Mas focused kami right now.We have grown from the many gigs we played in together and the tightness within the group.
